Dr. Chris Rappazini

Chris Rappazini (PhD) is an Associate Professor of Leadership at Anderson University in Anderson, SC. He also is the founder of Faithful Steps Forward, which strives to help people become faithful leaders who are worth following. For over a decade, he served as a Professor of Pastoral Studies at the Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, Washington, and Chicago, Illinois. He is the former president of the Evangelical Homiletics Society and previously worked as an associate minister of preaching and teaching at Southside Christian Church in Spokane. Chris, along with his wife Ashley, happily reside in Anderson, South Carolina, with their three children. Prior to becoming a parent (B.C. – Before Children), Chris appreciated hiking, outdoor activities, cooking, and exploring new places. Nowadays, (A.D. – As Dad) his hobbies include playing freeze-tag in the yard, making meals that his kids will enjoy, and being the family taxi driver. He is a husband, dad, professor, preacher, and scholar who believes the Bible is still relevant, Godly leadership is essential, and the Church’s best days are still ahead.
